subscription form, you agree that we may send you text notifications and text marketing offers. You
acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name, and any potential purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform.
This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the
text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
This Privacy Policy and Terms ("Policy") are between you and Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Fishers. By opting in to use
the service and receive SMS and MMS messages, you provide your express written consent to receive

Message frequency will depend upon how often you engage with our service and may vary from time to
time. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service
provider. Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Fishers does not charge for messages and is not responsible for carrier fees.

Opting Out.
You may opt out of this service at any time by:
- Replying "STOP" to any SMS message
- Requesting to opt out verbally with any of our staff
- Contacting our office to opt out at pallavigee@yahoo.com
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages, except for a
one-time confirmation message. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and
notifications, you may reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link
we provide you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of
opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of
opting out.

Supported Carriers.
SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered

Xpress Pro Tire & Auto Fishers reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time.
