- Representing the brand and being the contact point between the technician and the customer

- 5+ years Automotive Management Experience
- Knowledge of Automotive Theory of Operations
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

Oil & Lube Manager

Automotive General Service Repair Technician
- Evaluating customer needs.
- Be able to effectively communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs when required.
- Advising our customers on their automotive needs based on manufacturer recommendations.
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
- Be friendly and willing to work as part of a great team devoted to the customer.
- Be willing to learn.
- Be able to change oil/and transmission fluid and filters.
- Be able to install batteries and check electrical systems.
- Installs and preforms tire maintenance.
- Installs parts with include shock absorbers and exhaust systems.
- Be able to perform general repairs such as breaks & minor engine repairs.
- Be able to perform routine scheduled maintenance on vehicles.
- ASE Certified a plus but not required.
- 2-3 years Automotive Repair Experience.
- High level of motivation and customer service focused.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug text and background check.
Automotive Oil & Lube Technician
- Learn to perform routine automotive tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, transmissions flushes, air conditioner re-charges, battery installations and headlight/taillight installations.
- Be able to effectively advise/communicate with the customer the results of inspections and needed repairs when required.
- Contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
